WHERE CAN I PURCHASE BĀMBA?

Bāmba Swim is exclusively available online here at bambaswim.com.au. Our swimwear, clothing and accessories line cannot be purchased from any other online stores or retailers. 

IS BĀMBA SUSTAINABLE?

Sustainability is of paramount to our ethos. Our entire swimwear range is made from the highest quality fabrics derived from regenerated and recycled materials. We have partnered with ECONYL and REPREVE to ensure our practices contribute towards a more sustainable future. To learn more, please view our Eco-friendly page.    

SHIPPING, DELIVERY, SIZING

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We offer global shipping to most destinations. Packages will be shipped from our central warehouse in Singapore. See our Shipping page for more information. 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS & DUTIES?

For our Australian customers, orders over the value of 1000 AUD will incur import duties and taxes. Orders under this amount will not incur duties or taxes. For more information, please view our Shipping page.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

Please view our Size chart page which serves as a general guideline for helping you find your size. Exact measurement may vary with each style so please check the sizing information and fit tab for the specific details to be noted on each item. If you are in between sizes, we recommend going up a size as our cuts run on the smaller side!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders are processed from Monday- Friday. You can expect to receive your tracking number and confirmation of order shipment within 24 hours of placing your order.  

We use DHL Express to ensure your parcel reaches you in the quickest and safest way!

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order has been submitted online, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Our warehouse starts processing orders immediately after they are placed to ensure we ship out your orders as quickly as possible. Please make sure you choose your items, size, quantity and address before placing your order. Should you no longer want your purchase after placing the order, you will need to submit a return request and send the unwanted items back once the order has been received.  

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Credit Card Payments - We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Paypal - is available for customers at checkout and can be used as an express checkout option. 

Apple Pay - is available for customers completing their purchase via compatible Apple devices.

Google Pay - is available for customers with registered accounts. 

Bamba Gift Voucher – Enter your unique code at checkout. 

Afterpay- is available for customers at checkout. Select Afterpay as your payment option and click ‘complete order.’ You will be redirected to the Afterpay portal where you can either login with an existing Afterpay account or create a new one. HOW DO I USE A GIFT VOUCHER/ PROMO CODE/ STORE CREDIT?

When you are ready to checkout are looking at the items in your cart, click proceed to checkout. You will then have the option to add your gift card/ discount code/ store credit to your order. Please note, only one code can be redeemed per order. 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?

We aim to ensure all items sold are of the highest standard and quality. However in the case of faulty/ damaged items please email us at letschat@bambaswim.com with your order number and a photo of the fault. Once we receive your request we will arrange a replacement for you!

WHAT IF I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM?

Please email us at letschat@bambaswim.com with your order number and style you’ve incorrectly received. Once we receive your request, we will ensure you receive your original order. 

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Please view our Returns page to ensure you meet the returns requirements before submitting a returns request. 

If you have met the conditions, you can access on our Returns Center and follow these 5 easy steps!

1. Enter your order number and email (your order details will appear)

2. Select the item(s) you would like to return

3. Select the return reason + preference of store credit/ exchange

4. Submit

5. We will contact you within 1-3 business days via email and provide you with the return address details

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as we receive your return back into our warehouse. Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your return and for your store credit to be issued/ exchange to be shipped out to you.
