We offer FREE express shipping on orders over $250 AUD
Flat express post rate: $15 AUD
DHL Express: 4-7 business days
PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 1-2 days for our team to pick and pack your order. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Singapore.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Australia: Orders shipped to Australia are inclusive of GST. Orders over the value of $1000 AUD will incur additional duties and taxes.
Please be aware that you will be responsible for payment of duties and taxes upon delivery of your order. We are not responsible for replacing or refunding any orders that are stuck in customs clearance.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing your tracking information. We ship orders Monday- Friday, tracking details will not be supplied on weekends.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, so changes can only be made if your order has not yet been shipped. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we'll do our best to accommodate the changes. If it has been shipped, we won't be able to update your order, and you'll need to organise to submit a return request after receiving it.
Please make sure you choose your items, size, and quantity correctly, and use the correct address when placing your order.
We cannot guarantee changes, especially in sale periods where sales volumes are high.
LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS
Bāmba is not liable for lost or stolen items. Please contact the shipping courier (DHL Express) directly who are responsible for delivery. Have your tracking details ready so they can provide you with the most up to date information.
DHL recommends waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost. If you still have not received your order, you can submit a claim via DHL here.
If you have official documentation from DHL that your item has been lost/ stolen, please submit this to us and we will arrange to resend your order.
