All orders are shipped EXPRESS via DHL.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday and shipped the following business day from our warehouse in Singapore.
Please allow 24 hours for processing orders and to receive your tracking number / confirmation of order shipment.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. This will be issued 24 hours after placing your order on weekdays (or the following business day if you placed your order on a weekend).

DUTIES & TAXES

Quoted international shipping fees do not include custom & or duty fees. As these fees vary from country to country, we have no control over these charges. If raised, those charges don't go to us, but rather to the customs office of your country. The customer is responsible for all customs & duty fees payable upon delivery, on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. If customs or duties are raised, you'll be notified by your local customs office of this, as well as with details of how to pay them.

You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important to be aware of your local government's terms to prevent any surprises. Below is a guide of common shipping regions.

  • Australia: Orders over the value of 1000 AUD will incur import taxes and duties. Orders under this amount will not incur taxes or duties

If your country is not listed above and you are unsure of the tax thresholds that apply, we suggest contacting your local DHL support to provide further information. -

Please note: If you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.


MY ITEM WAS STOLEN - CAN I GET A REFUND?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items - this rests with the shipping company, so they will be the best people to contact. After an order leaves our warehouse and is sent to the delivery address, the package is in the hands of the shipping company - DHL.

If your item was not delivered or you think it may potentially have been stolen, please contact the shipping provider directly via the details below. You can submit a claim directly with them, and follow their guidelines on a resolution.

If you have official documentation from DHL that your item has been lost or stolen, please submit this to us and your order will be re-sent (without the option of a refund).

DHL recommends waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost. After 14 days, please contact the shipping company's customer service team, as follows:

MY PACKAGE WAS MARKED AS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT

Occasionally, shipping carriers mark a package as delivered even though it may still be in transit. Please give them some time to update the details; the item is most likely on its way to you. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please file a claim directly with the shipping provider.
